White Truffle Sauce – 500 g

The White Truffle Sauce (1%) is a creamy, aromatic preparation made with cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower seed oil, and white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico). Enriched with olive oil and natural flavorings, this sauce is ideal for enhancing pasta, meats, and appetizers, bringing to the table the bold and unmistakable taste of truffle.

Packaged in glass jars and sterilized for long shelf life (up to 36 months), it is ready to use and also ideal for professional kitchens.

  • Cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus)

  • Sunflower seed oil

Preparation Instructions

Use 15–20 g of sauce per person. Heat in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil or cooking cream for about 5 minutes. Serve directly with pasta, meat, or appetizers.
