Truffle tiramisu

Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 2 fresh eggs (yolks and whites separated)
- 60 g sugar
- 100 g of ladyfingers
- 100 ml of espresso coffee
- 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (optional)
- 5-6 thin slices of black truffle
- 1 teaspoon truffle oil (optional, to intensify the aroma)
- Unsweetened cocoa powder, to taste
- Cookie or chocolate chips for decoration
Preparation
- Prepare the coffee. Prepare the coffee and let it cool. Add the liqueur to the coffee, if desired.
- Mascarpone and truffle cream Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture is light in color. Add the mascarpone and mix gently. Separately, beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the mixture, mixing from the bottom up. Add a drizzle of truffle oil.
- Assemble the dessert In a mold or pastry ring, alternate layers of ladyfingers soaked in coffee and mascarpone cream. Insert a few thin slices of truffle between the layers.
- Finishing Touch Finish with a layer of cream, dust with unsweetened cocoa powder, and decorate with more truffle shavings and crunchy cookie crumbs.
- Rest Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
