Truffle Ravioli with Creamy Sauce
An elegant and fragrant first course, perfect for special occasions. The ravioli, with their soft filling, are enveloped in a creamy butter and truffle sauce, embellished with fresh black truffle shavings.

Ingredients (for 2 people):
- 250 g ravioli (filled with cheese or mushrooms)
- 30 g butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh cream
- 4-5 slices of fresh black truffle
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- Fresh chopped parsley to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Cooking the ravioli Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the package (or 3-4 minutes if fresh).
- Prepare the sauce. In a pan, melt the butter over low heat, add the cream and a tablespoon of the ravioli cooking water. Stir until you obtain a creamy sauce.
- Toss the ravioli Gently drain the ravioli and pour them into the pan with the sauce. Add the Parmesan cheese and toss for 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish Plate and finish with slices of fresh black truffle and a pinch of chopped parsley.
