Gourmet sauce with 20% summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.). A refined preparation made with cultivated mushrooms and summer truffle, designed to enhance the flavor of any dish.

The combination of extra virgin olive oil, mushrooms, and truffle creates a creamy texture and a rich, distinctive taste. Perfect for appetizers, pasta dishes, main courses, or crostini.

Cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle 20% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), sunflower seed oil, black olives, salt, flavoring.

Preparation Instructions

Use 15–20 g per person. Heat in a pan for about 5 minutes with extra virgin olive oil.
Use as a seasoning for risottos, pasta, meat, eggs, bruschetta, or crostini.
