Description:
Royal Kaluga caviar is a gastronomic delicacy obtained from a prized cross between Kaluga sturgeon and Amur sturgeon, farmed in aquaculture. It comes from mature specimens aged at least 12 years and is distinguished by its large eggs (3.0–3.3 mm), soft texture, and extremely varied color: gold, gray, brown, to grayish brown and golden brown. The flavor is extraordinarily buttery and delicate, with a lingering aftertaste, enhanced by the refined Malossol salting process.
