Tagliatelle all’Uovo con Tartufo Nero Estivo (egg tagliatelle with black summer truffle) is an artisanal delicacy from Antico Pastaio d’Abruzzo, made with carefully selected ingredients to offer a refined and intense culinary experience.

The pasta is made with high-quality durum wheat semolina (from the EU and non-EU countries, with an Italian base in Corato – BA) and fresh pasteurized CAT. A (30%), which guarantee a full-bodied texture and extraordinary creaminess.

The real star of the show is the 5% chopped black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), which releases an irresistible aroma and a deep, sophisticated flavor. A perfect first course to enjoy with butter and Parmesan cheese, but also with mushrooms, cream, or soft cheeses.

PREPARATION METHOD
