Black Cavi–art® is a plant-based alternative to traditional caviar, ready to enjoy. Made with 83% seaweed extract, it has the look of Lumpfish roe but offers a fresher and less salty flavor. With its deep black color and crisp texture, it’s perfect as a topping or garnish for pasta, sushi, appetizers, eggs, canapés, or as an ingredient in sauces, mayonnaise, salads, gourmet sandwiches, baked goods, and even creative beverages.
