Amberjack (FISH) 53.2% (Seriola dumerili), fresh breadcrumbs: durum wheat semolina 35.8% (GLUTEN), water, natural yeast (wheat), salt, Grana Padano cheese (MILK), salt, rennet, lysozyme from egg (EGGS), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, salt, parsley, dehydrated lemon, black pepper, onion, garlic (SULPHITES).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the burger from frozen in the oven (preferably ventilated) at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
STORAGE
Store at -18°C.
Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze once thawed.
