With its creamy texture and rich, well-balanced flavor, it is perfect for crostini, appetizers, pasta, main courses, and omelettes, as well as a base for more elaborate truffle recipes.

Simply heat gently in a pan with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt to enhance all its aromas, without bringing it to a boil. A versatile, refined solution for creating elegant dishes with ease.
