Pure caviar, seasoned and grated. Produced by hand with an artisanal process, which gives it the best quality properties, keeping its organoleptic characteristics intact and enhancing its unmistakable flavour.

Versatile, with a strong taste and suitable for enhancing the flavor of any dish, grated caviar roe is ready to use. Ideal to stir in risottos or to sprinkle on soups and hot main courses.

Origin: sturgeon caviar raised in Italy in aquaculture facilities, sea salt from Cervia (RA).

Sturgeon roe cured for a period of about 2 months and then grated. The eggs can be of different sturgeon species: white sturgeon (Acispenser transmontanus), Russian sturgeon (Acispenser gueldenstaedtii) or Siberian sturgeon (Acispenser baerii), salt, preservative E285.

Consume preferably within 6 months of packaging. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.

Keep in a cold and dry place.

Ideal for creaming risottos and flavoring main courses.
